Our community has multiple documents which set the guidelines and policies for our community. We have our covenants that provide the rules for general upkeep of everyone’s property, the design guidelines which provide information on our communities desired appearance and our By Laws which define the HOA Boards authorities.
Yearly HOA Community Meeting
Our HOA has a yearly community meeting which is usually held in January. We use the latest technology to host our HOA meetings virtually. This allows for us to provide those who are interested a copy of the video recording’s and digital meeting minutes to be consumed whenever.
